The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND PIVOTPOINT CPA, PLLC EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. CLASS ACTIONS AND CLASS ARBITRATIONS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
Not with standing the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in Pinellas County, Florida to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
